Signed up with Paradise Poker today and fortunately tried out their play for free tables instead of the real money tables first.
During the 3 hour session my connection was terminated 5 times. Their network status was "very good" the top rating. I have never had this problem while surfing.
Sent them an e-mail and their response was:
In all likelihood you are experiencing local routing problems that are impacting your connection to our server. Given the fact that we have not experienced any wide spread problems of such a description the problem is more than likely specific to your connection to our server. Please understand that in order for your computer to connect to our server your connection is routed via probably 10-15 connection hubs. Should there be a problem with one of these hubs your connection to our server will be compromised.
I can't see playing with real money if this is going to be common.
Any ides?
